As a Scrum Master, I support the "LCom" DevOps team at Enedis, composed of about ten members and part of a train of 5 squads.
We are responsible for the communication layer between meters and the IS.

**Tasks:

- Facilitate Scrum agile rituals (Daily, refinement, retrospective, review, Sprint Planning, ..)
- Participation and co-facilitation of SAFe agile events (PIP, SoS, Inspect&Adapt, Review)
- Lead certain cross-train improvement topics
- Continuous process improvement with the train's Scrum Master community.
- Support the "Accelerate" coach in their delivery optimization mission
- Standardize velocity point weighting across the entire train
- Reorganize the LCOM team to align with the model of other teams

**Technical Tasks:

- Facilitate task breakdown sessions
- Facilitate inter-team technical synchronization meetings

**Challenges:

- Team with heterogeneous skills: DEV profile + DEVOPS profile + OPS profile
- Historical conflicts within the team.
- The team has just joined the train (change of direction) and is showing reluctance and mistrust.

**Major Projects:

- Migration of all LCOM modules to ZSEV2 (new secure platform)
