− Supervision of 4 high-profile office and residential projects (Casa Business Towers, Verdana Bouskoura, Shift Tower, Alysse) representing ~ 1.3 billion Dhs in investment. − Program management: securing investment budgets, quality and schedule monitoring, financial monitoring, authorization monitoring, investor relationship management, coordination with internal and external teams (Fund Management, delegated project ownership, sales, property management, communication & marketing, financial institutions). − Financial management of assets under management: monitoring rental income (~75 million Dhs/year), cash flow, budgets and treasury, regular reporting to investors and financial forecasting, investor and client relationship management (~45 tenants). − Sales monitoring: price and product adjustments, sales rate monitoring and marketing strategy optimization. − Participation in the structuring of strategic investment opportunities: development of new projects (Residential, office, retail, hospitality, etc.), investor roadshows, tender responses, repositioning of existing assets, debt raising, capital raising for project companies. − Development of a network of strategic partners in real estate investment and construction.

Analysis of office real estate market trends, improvement of tenant customer knowledge, identification of new contractual products and services adapted to evolving uses.

− For several housing stakeholders: financial analysis of real estate asset portfolio evolution scenarios, implementation or improvement of asset optimization tools (from 5,000 to 30,000 housing units). − For several local authorities and academic institutions: development of real estate strategy plans, economic feasibility study for real estate project development (from 60,000 to 600,000 m2 of assets). − Banque des Territoires: analysis of the opportunity to divest or redevelop a 100,000 m2 asset. Société du Grand Paris: development of a strategy and organization for managing the assets of Société du Grand Paris as part of the Grand Paris Express (200 km of lines, 68 stations, ~42 billion euros). Paris 2024 Olympics: risk management for 50 equipment projects carried out as part of the Paris 2024 Olympics (~2 billion € investment). Association of Real Estate Directors (ADI): development of the EY barometer (2022) “Talents, real estate rationalization and climate: where are offices headed after two years of health crisis?”, 300 real estate executives surveyed. − For several asset managers (Groupe Duval, BNP Paribas REIM, social housing organizations): support for the digital transformation of real estate development, asset management, fund management, and various real estate professions. − Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Recovery (MEFR): prefiguration of a new organization for the real estate department within the General Secretariat (~400 FTEs).
