I’m a Product Manager and Owner with hands-on experience building and scaling SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and consumer products. I’ve shipped apps that reached over 3 million installs globally, grew a movie platform to 4,000+ daily users, launched high-impact features and products, and led the development of a new product line generating over $100K in revenue.

A B2B2C platform for booking experiences (events, activities, etc.). I led a team of 3 devs and a designer across 5 products—consumer apps, check-in apps, admin & client back offices.
- Redesign of the full platform to improve UX and boost event discovery
- Launched sports as a new product vertical ($100K+ ARR)
- Shipped seating management, promo codes, and invoicing tools
- Added cash payments
Buildify (Product Lead – PropTech / Canada)
Led product across 4 key platforms:
- Agent Portal for real estate agents to find and manage projects
- Developements.ca, a marketplace for new home buyers
- Internal Admin Back Office (custom-built to replace Retool MVP)
- API powering MLS platforms
I also implemented EOS for cross-team alignment and set up workflows for the product team.
GoRide (Product Lead / Consultant)
Online car rental marketplace in Morocco. Took product from idea to MVP on web and mobile.
