About Rachid

Student in networks and telecommunications (BUT at IUT de Roanne, continuing in Computer Science & Networks at CPE Lyon), I work on three complementary aspects of IT infrastructure: system administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO), networks and security (TCP/IP, VPN, FortiGate/Stormshield firewalls), and supervision (Zabbix, Grafana).

During an internship at Auchan Retail Senegal, I monitored and supervised a network of 46 sites via Zabbix and Grafana. At SN CEREC, I am responsible for the daily management of the IT infrastructure, user support (GLPI), Active Directory / Microsoft 365 administration, as well as migration and digitalization projects.

Curious, autonomous, and rigorous, I like to understand an infrastructure as a whole before intervening, and I systematically document my work to facilitate handover.

Available for occasional support, system/network administration, or supervision tool implementation missions, in parallel with my apprenticeship.
