This was my first assignment, baptism by fire :)

I started as an intern, then as my skills grew, I became a developer, then a Technical Referent, and finally a Backup Application Manager.

I worked on an application serving about 30 million customers and 8000 users. A large application whose purpose is to visualize the state of the electrical network across the entire national territory and overseas departments and territories, as well as to ensure advance notification in case of service interruption.

I was able to develop skills in various aspects such as: communication, management (client quotes, workload planning, qualification), development (creation of Java / Oracle / Flex / Javascript modules), documentation writing (Installation Procedure, Operating Procedure, Acceptance Test Guide, User Guide....)

By far, the greatest experience of my young career.

As part of a redesign of 7 historical applications within ENEDIS's PRISME department, I was involved as a developer and Backup Scrum Master for the implementation of a single Portal.

This was a Build, Agile, and SAFe project. I was integrated into a team of 8 to 12 resources, synchronized with 5 other external teams working in 5 sprints.

I was able to contribute to the development of a Liferay web portal (version 6.2 then 7), as well as train resources, set up an automated testing platform (Fitnees / selenium), manage the team (workload, indicators, monitoring...), set up workshops with the client (demonstrations, design), and lead all agile ceremonies (daily meeting, sprint planning, planning poker, retrospective....)
