Monitoring license consumption (Anticipating license release or purchase). Processing tickets in Service Now (license request, bug, enhancement). Populating the CRM backlog in Azure DevOps. User support/assistance. CRM configuration and functional testing. Data import execution in case of new company acquisitions. Implementation project of a tool for managing the activities of writing financial documentation related to the Negotiable Debt Securities (NDS) market of the BANQUE DE FRANCE, based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution (Management of NDS market players, contacts, NDS issuance programs, follow-up campaigns, automatic generation of financial documentation). The CRM is intended for the STCN department of the Banque de France on one hand and is accessible from a web portal on the other hand for market players (NDS market).
