I am a multimodal instructional designer and trainer of trainers. I support training organizations, companies, and public actors in designing, digitizing, and facilitating effective, engaging, and field-relevant training programs.

My areas of intervention: trainer training, game-based learning, instructional design, e-learning, virtual classrooms, blended learning, LMS, digital tools, and AI applied to training.

I work upstream to design or redesign training offerings, and in facilitation, to upskill your pedagogical teams and trainers. I design pedagogical scenarios, e-learning modules, multimodal programs, collaborative activities, facilitation materials, educational escape games, and interactive resources.
