Rachel Da Graca

For over 20 years, I have been supporting learners with very diverse profiles in developing their digital, office, and professional skills. My background has allowed me to work with young people in job integration, adults in career changes, people with disabilities, and professionals working in demanding technical environments.

My recent experience at Safran Aircraft Engines has strengthened my ability to support engineers, technicians, and employees in adopting digital tools and evolving their professional practices. This experience has allowed me to develop a pragmatic approach to training, focused on real-world needs and organizational performance challenges.

What distinguishes me from a traditional office trainer is my ability to go beyond the transmission of technical skills. I support each trainee in building their autonomy, developing their self-confidence, and enhancing their skills. I adapt my teaching methods to each situation to make learning accessible, concrete, and directly transferable to a professional context.

My goal is for each learner to leave not only with new skills but also with the keys to successfully achieve long-term integration, professional development, or return to employment.
