Within the Digital IT Department, my role was:

 Application Domain Manager (RDA) on a portfolio of applications corresponding to the various business needs of the Digital domain

 Privileged technical contact for the domain represented with external partners (publishers, integrators, other third parties) and manage the contractual relationship with all IT Department departments

 Take charge of the deployment of the application portfolio of my Digital domain: Definition of the target architecture, projects and deployment plans)

 Guarantee compliance with RUN deliverables in terms of quality: Identify malfunctions and analyze the impacts of application modifications on the IS

 Monitoring the performance of information systems in the Digital domain: apply the standards, procedures and tools related to IS security defined by the CISO

 Coordinate corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance of TMA RUN: Lead external development teams (internal, publishers, integrators) and Ramsay teams

 Perform N2 and N3 support according to the applications using ITOP for the incident and request management process

 Guarantor of reporting my work to my Digital domain manager and to the IT Department (progress, activity indicators, difficulties…)

 Implementation of Centreon monitoring on the Ramsay Front Office and Back Office portal for the supervision of the system infrastructure and the business functionalities of the portal

 Process of managing requests, incidents and changes in ITOP support

RES Web Projects (Societary Space Redesign), Institutional Site, School/Association SELs, Pilgrimages, Individual, Dioceses, SPELC (Affinity Groups): Project management around Web solutions Context: The RES project is a societary space for communities (Associations and School Establishments) and which manages contracts, claims, certificates and staff. The Institutional Site manages members, prospects, quotes and leads.

Within the MSC IT Department, my role was:

• Intervention within the digital team in charge of member websites and subscription paths

• Management of Web projects and Digital operation

• Supervision of a team of Web developers within the IT Department

• Collaboration with project managers to make contributions on other perimeters

• Participation in needs expression workshops with the business by challenging the functionalities to be implemented

• Writing functional specifications based on the business's expression of needs: RES functionalities for consulting contracts, downloading certificates and reporting claims, regularizing staff and document library

• Planning and costing of Web projects and Digital operation

• Appropriate concepts and tools related to agility

• Implementation of Agil Scrum principles within the web team

• Budget monitoring on Projects and Digital Operation

SDE and ODIGO projects and Samsung GSPN (Global Service Partner Network), I-GSPN (Interface), CSPortal (Global Service Portal), GCIC (Global Call Interface System) and SEF Tools (Samsung Electronics France Tools) systems: Project management around solutions used by the Service division (Migration, Upgrade) Context: The SDE project is a Site for Collecting returned products by Samsung partners and the ODIGO application manages telephone configuration and routing. Samsung systems consist of managing customer service requests concerning products: Telephone, Brown (TV and accessories), White (Fridge, Dishwashers and washing machines…)

As an IT project manager, I take care of:

• Participation in the development of specifications to initiate developments: Specifications for managing anomalies in product returns for SDE

• Being the link between Samsung and partners (Product repair agencies, Large sales areas, …)

• Evolutionary development of applications in VB, C# and ASP.Net
