I managed the strategic and operational transformation of global purchasing organizations for major international corporations – with full budget and upsell responsibility, clear savings targets, and the ambition not just to define them, but to consistently exceed them. Based on in-depth spend analyses directly from customer ERP systems, I transformed complex data into concrete million-dollar savings.

As a strategic trusted advisor at partner and C-level, I maintained peer-level relationships with decision-makers at the world's largest corporations.
