Hello, my name is Rabah and I will "pamper" your clients.

To tell the truth, all my experiences have been centered on the world of customer relations and the client as the main core on which I had to focus my work, my time, and especially all my attention because their satisfaction is the main goal to achieve. In one as in the other, accompanying, guiding, resolving disputes, and building customer loyalty are the main goals to achieve. The work I accomplished during my experiences consisted of 100% phone calls and emails. Fearing the phone or confronting a client about unsolvable problems is not allowed because being an administrative sales assistant or responsible for presenting a product or brand means having perfect elocution and especially having a comprehensive mind and knowing how to listen and read between the lines the needs and concerns of the client.
