Lawyer by training, holding a Master's II in medical ethics and scientific research, as well as a Master's II in the history of modern legal thought, I have been assisting individuals, professionals, and organizations for several years in analyzing and resolving complex situations.

My career has led me to work in contexts where human, organizational, and legal dimensions are closely linked: conflicts, sensitive situations, relational difficulties, change management, seeking amicable solutions, or formalizing agreements.

I intervene in particular on:

• analysis of complex situations;

• conducting individual and group interviews;

• drafting summaries, reports, protocols, and working documents;

• conflict management and prevention;

• conventional mediation;

• supporting organizations facing tensions or sensitive situations;

• designing and facilitating training on communication, conflict management, and amicable dispute resolution.

I also held university teaching positions in civil law, family law, and contract law at the University of Rennes I, as well as within the Master's program in Ethics at Paris Descartes University.

Based in Saint-Malo, I work remotely throughout the country, as well as in person, depending on the nature of the missions.
