Quinten Arabit

My first internship taught me the basics of e-commerce in practice. I processed orders, kept products up-to-date, and was the daily point of contact for customers. I learned how to prioritize in a busy work environment while maintaining quality in customer contact and content.

In my second internship, I took on more responsibility. I independently worked on improving product pages and online visibility, guided customers through the entire purchasing process, and identified opportunities to report back to the team. Collaborating with marketing, logistics, and management gave me a good understanding of how a commercial organization functions as a whole.
