At Telpark, a parking management company, I managed the regional P&L as Revenue Manager for Catalonia (32 car parks) while simultaneously leading the national product strategy as Category Manager for the Rotation Product.

Key Achievement: My data-driven strategies and pricing models led to the consistent achievement of all budget objectives, securing an annual revenue growth rate of +7% year-over-year.

Since February 2023, I have managed the pricing for over 20 short-term rental apartments located in the center of Valencia. During this time, I have maximized the profitability of each unit, exceeding previous year's revenue by 10% to 15% until the arrival of the DANA in October 2024. Since then, the objective has been to mitigate its effects, achieving positive results until recovering pre-catastrophe numbers by December 2025.

I'm setting all the reports and tools needed to rent the corporate apartments at the proper rate. Caterina House is a very young company that operates in the mid-term rental market, which exploded after the pandemic. I have taken three actions to improve our revenue performance: 1 . Create a database of the past month's performance. 2. Create a frame to follow up the pick up on a daily and weekly basis for the months to come. 3. Create a table to analyse the rates of the competition, as well as checking for new tools that can help the company identify the key indicators to know where the market is tilting.
