Since 2018, I have been helping freelancers, SMEs, and project leaders create, improve, and enhance their online presence.

I have mainly worked on WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce projects: creating showcase sites, online stores, landing pages, redesigns, content integration, SEO optimization, maintenance, and improvement of existing sites.

This experience has allowed me to manage projects end-to-end: understanding client needs, choosing technical solutions, designing pages, integration, deployment, performance optimization, SEO monitoring, and post-delivery support.

I have also created promotional videos and animations for various projects, particularly in fashion, sports (UFC fighters, YouTubers, etc.), and e-commerce. This dual web/marketing skill set has helped me better understand clients' business challenges: attracting traffic, clearly presenting an offer, and converting visitors into leads or customers.

Creation, development, and marketing of a SaaS software in the online sales sector, operated on a subscription model and then sold after several years of activity.

The project was launched in a still under-structured market, requiring significant work on education, acquisition, and community building. Beyond product development, I worked on all the levers necessary for its growth: SEO, content, social media, customer support, user training, and continuous software improvement.

In two years, the project became a benchmark in its niche, with an engaged community and a substantial user base. This experience allowed me to learn how to build a useful product, prioritize features genuinely requested by users, and develop a SaaS solution with a very concrete approach: acquisition, retention, support, product improvement, and profitability.
