To address the dual challenge of preparing candidates for interviews and the high volume of applications for companies, this project focuses on developing an intelligent interview simulator. This tool uses specific job information and relevant candidate CV data to conduct personalized and relevant virtual interviews.

After the simulation, the candidate receives complete and detailed feedback on their performance, allowing them to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. Simultaneously, for companies, the AI generates a report analyzing the positive and negative aspects of the application, along with an overall score calculated based on predefined criteria. This scoring and ranking system allows recruiters to optimize their selection process by quickly identifying the most promising profiles without having to manually review all received CVs, even after an initial screening.

Development of data analyses and visualizations for the 150 employees of the Risk Management department. Optimization of data processing flows with Dataiku and creation of dynamic dashboards (PowerBI) for various internal control needs. Technical assistance to internal controllers and auditors in data exploitation and analytical result interpretation. Participation in the evaluation of innovative solutions (process-mining, generative AI) to enhance audit activity efficiency. Advanced manipulation of complex data and creation of analysis models in Excel and Dataiku.
