To address the dual challenge of interview preparation for candidates and the high volume of applications for companies, this project focuses on developing an intelligent interview simulator. This tool uses specific job information and relevant CV data of a candidate to conduct personalized and relevant virtual interviews.

Upon completion of the simulation, the candidate receives comprehensive and detailed feedback on their performance, allowing them to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. Simultaneously, for companies, the AI generates a report analyzing the positive and negative aspects of the application, accompanied by an overall score calculated based on predefined criteria. This scoring and ranking system allows recruiters to optimize their selection process by quickly identifying the most promising profiles without having to manually review all received CVs, even after an initial ATS filter.

Development of data analyses and visualizations for the 150 employees in the Risk Management department. Optimization of data processing flows with Dataiku and creation of dynamic dashboards (PowerBI) for various internal control needs. Technical assistance to internal controllers and auditors in data exploitation and interpretation of analytical results. Participation in the evaluation of innovative solutions (process-mining, generative AI) to enhance the effectiveness of audit activities. Advanced manipulation of complex data and creation of analysis models using Excel and Dataiku.
