Analysis of internal control procedures and formulation of recommendations for improvement.

Writing summaries, working papers, and closing documents.

3. Client relations and communication

Main point of contact for clients during the assignment: gathering needs, monitoring progress, validating conclusions.

Presenting audit reports and orally communicating conclusions to management and audit committees.

Advising clients on optimizing accounting, tax, and financial processes.
