The AI Belgium Community organizer role involves fostering collaboration and strong connections within the AI field in Belgium. This is achieved through the AI Belgium Community, a group I actively organize to facilitate knowledge and resource sharing, networking among AI professionals, and the overall growth of the AI community in Belgium and Europe.

As CTO of Bevoy, a wellbeing gamification application, I oversee all technical aspects of the company. This includes the design and implementation of our software architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. I lead both mobile (iOS and Android) and web development teams, guiding the creation of user-friendly and highly engaging applications. A critical part of my role involves managing AI and data initiatives and pipelines to extract valuable insights from user analytics, inform product development, and drive real ROI for our customers' wellbeing initiatives while enhancing user experience.

I actively participate in product management, collaborating with other stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. We are passionate about helping our customers see tangible returns on their investment in wellbeing, and we are equally dedicated to engaging our users to improve their personal wellbeing journeys.

Working alongside Engineers in the Big Data team, I design, develop and integrate new capabilities into the Big Data platform

• Develop applications to provide insights for trading data (order entry, market data, etc.)

• Working as a domain expert to advise and troubleshoot production deployments

• Collaborating with the Machine Learning team to integrate new algorithms into the platform
