Founder of Kult, a production studio specializing in brand content and employer communication, I structured all operations around a data-driven and automated approach to support growth, sales performance, and production quality.

Main responsibilities:

- Implementation of a complete CRM & sales automation system: lead scoring, automated follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and multi-tool integration (Apollo, Airtable, Make, Google Sheets).

- Design of a prospect prioritization model based on company size and sector.

- Development of operational dashboards centralizing production KPIs, project margins, and customer performance.

- Structuring of internal production and billing processes through no-code automations to ensure a smooth flow between prospecting, filming, and delivery.

- Strategic management of offerings and growth, combining marketing vision, operational efficiency, and workflow automation.

I led the Production Operations team, responsible for the operational efficiency and scalability of client content (videos, photos, interviews). My role combined analysis, strategy, automation, and performance management, with the goal of maximizing production quality while reducing costs and deadlines.

Main responsibilities:

Implementation of data-driven processes for production tracking (KPI management, automation of reporting and deliverables).

Definition and deployment of an operational workflow optimization strategy: reduction of delivery times (-5 days), improvement of CSAT (+5 points), reduction of production costs (-60%).

Industrialization of workflows through no-code and automation tools (Airtable, Notion, Make, Zapier, Google Sheets, Monday, Slack).

Design of an internal churn forecasting and customer scoring model to anticipate needs and prioritize high-impact actions.

Development of a commercial prospect scoring system (sector, size, customer satisfaction) to guide efforts.

Management of content scalability for several hundred major clients (BNP, EDF, Accor, etc.), while maintaining high standards of creative and technical quality.
