Closed a Canadian integrator partnership, 8 agency deals, and 3 editorial partnerships, representing 25% of total pipeline. The project was discontinued after 14 months. Not because it didn't work — it did. But scaling it required raising capital to absorb the LLM infrastructure costs, and that path didn't align with how we wanted to build. We chose to stop rather than compromise on that. It was one of the hardest decisions I've made, and one of the most important.
