The goal is to save you money and/or time. To do this, there are several tools and levers:

-Increase website traffic
Typically through advertising. It's fast, it's simple to implement, but you lose money if you don't know what you're doing. I've helped dozens of companies test and then scale ads on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads... With ROAS > 11.5 (my best, I've never done better), as well as measured and controlled costs, CAC, CPC, and CPM. Special mention for growth hacking, which depends heavily on the website being promoted.

-Increase user conversion
Imagine that 2% of your users make a purchase (or send you a message). By improving your website, its UX, its interface, its speed, its architecture, we can increase conversion to 2.2% or perhaps even 2.4%, which is a 10-20% increase in revenue. How do we know what to improve? We need to analyze the website data. Other levers we use in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) are: A/B testing, creating landing pages and conversion funnels, and measuring the user journey.

- Increase user value
Each user converts for a certain value. By increasing the average order value, we directly increase revenue. From there, there are several methods: upsell, cross-sell / average order value.

In short, the objective is simple: analyze the data and identify the most effective actions. If your website doesn't yet have tracking connected to Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms, I can set it up.
