I am responsible for the technical verification of delivered files (QC) to ensure their compliance with broadcast standards. I detect and report audio/video issues (artifacts, desynchronization, audio peaks, etc.) before final approval. In coordination with the editing and finishing teams, I prepare the final files in the required formats (MXF, ProRes, etc.) and distribute them to various broadcasters (TV channels, platforms, festivals) according to their technical specifications. I ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to delivery deadlines.

I am also in charge of archiving and backing up projects on LTO tapes, thus ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of data. Furthermore, I perform various tasks related to the role of assistant editor, which can be very diverse: preparing rushes, synchronizing, logging footage, managing imports/exports, conforming, graphic integration, editing assistance, and more, depending on production needs.

As a video assistant editor, I collected, sorted, and synchronized audiovisual elements, performed initial assemblies, and ensured the smooth flow of information between the shooting, post-production, and sound teams, to maintain a coherent and efficient workflow.

As a data wrangler, I was responsible for the management, transfer, and security of digital data from filming. I offloaded camera cards, verified file integrity, organized rushes according to established protocols, and backed them up on multiple media. I also ensured the transmission of data to post-production teams, while guaranteeing the traceability and consistency of technical information.
