Working within the internal Design Squad for Advisors Interfaces at BNP Paribas in an Agile environment. The team was collaborating with multidisciplinary squads (PM, PO, dev) each of which were in charge of a specific product, among them : the customer file, the corporate file, business specific tools (customer demands management, team management, client meeting preparation), or a proprietary AI companion.

My role was to ensure the ongoing product optimization, and acculturate the various teams to the Product Design methodologies, while managing two designers and one motion designer.
