Collaboration with Quentin was excellent. Quentin is both very rigorous in defining and formalizing processes and very agile in researching and developing new solutions. He favors a test & learn approach that allows for rapid product evolution based on needs. He also gets involved in the organization as deeply as an employee would, by trying to understand the needs of the beneficiaries and the organization's strategy, and by building quality relationships with all stakeholders.
