Member of the Management Committee of Atraksis, an association positioned as a trusted third party for Tech & Rescue. I define and carry the scientific and technical vision of the association, ensuring alignment between emerging technological opportunities and the operational needs of rescue services (SDIS, firefighters).

I act as a neutral intermediary between industrial, institutional, and operational ecosystems to accelerate innovation for life.

Main missions:

- Sourcing & intelligence: identifying and qualifying relevant innovations and start-ups (Deeptech, Healthtech, AI, robotics) in France and internationally

- Needs assessment: structured interviews with rescue services to identify their operational and technological priorities

- Matchmaking: creating qualified connections between field needs and sourced technological solutions

- Rescue Lab: structuring and piloting the experimentation unit (methodology, POC, deliverables)

- Technical due diligence: qualifying the maturity (TRL) and relevance of candidate solutions

- Ecosystem animation & outreach: developing the Tech & Rescue community, representation to institutions and industry

In a demanding CDMO environment, I managed all Quality Control activities for international client projects. Key experience that today reinforces my ability to understand your time and compliance imperatives.

Management & Coordination:

- Central interface between clients, production, and external laboratories: translating client needs into concrete analytical strategies.

- Subcontracting management: Selection and supervision of third-party laboratories (expertise I now apply for my clients via Manochymia).

Technical & Quality Expertise:

- Guarantee of GMP compliance and Data Integrity throughout the product lifecycle.

- Critical supervision of stability studies and responsibility for batch release (API and Finished Product).

- Strict adherence to costs and deadlines (OTD) in a multi-project context.
