CAPEX, construction & Real Estate:

- Management of complex tenders and support for operational teams on IT, CAPEX, and construction projects at national and international levels.

- Reduction of CAPEX and IT costs through optimization strategies and renegotiation of framework agreements.

International Logistics & Operations:

- Execution and securing of cross-border operations, including chartering vessels via BIMCO contract.

- Claims management in collaboration with legal teams to minimize financial impacts.
