Responsible for managing channel partners in North East China (the largest sales revenue area across all regions, 15% of China with 150 POS, +8% annual growth)

• • Sales channel planning and implementation, partner management. Negotiating with department stores and shopping malls; designed seasonal / thematic promotion plans;

• • Leading a team with three sales supervisors, managing 7 franchisees (4 KA, 3 regional), responsible for OTB negotiation, product management & sales operation management;

• • Sales & marketing management, managing millions RMB trade marketing budget including customer rebates, in-store promotion, etc.

• • Responsible for Sales Management of North & North West China; driving franchisee's inventory management, new store opening, retail management etc;

• • Developing new franchisees, stores expanded from 6 to more than 60, sales revenue grew at 80% annually till 2012,; growth kept at 20% annually afterwards;

• • Second IKEA Store in China. Responsible for department's sales management; Through big data analysis, to achieve sales targets & control margin; Around 2,000 sqm shopping area display management and over 700 SKUs, remain 20% increase in sales revenue;

• • Managing a team of 20+ member's daily work, including team structure, recruitment, & employees career development;
