About Prune

I support companies and their clients in adopting tools, developing skills, and improving user experience, with a very human, operational, and field-oriented approach.

At Pennylane, I supported diverse profiles such as CFOs, executives, freelancers, and executive assistants with their onboarding and daily use of the platform. My role was to tailor the support to each client's needs to facilitate their autonomy and product adoption. I also liaised between the Customer Success and Product teams to improve internal communication and prioritize user feedback.
