Assistance in the development of the exhibition Une Histoire de famille: l’exposition Robelin, with curator Camille Morineau, the Robelin family, and MAC Lyon.

MISSIONS:

- General coordination: establishment of planning and monitoring tools, organization and supervision of logistical, technical, and human resources.

- Recruitment and management of project teams.

- Accounting monitoring: establishment and monitoring of budgets, financial monitoring, quote monitoring, purchase orders, and invoicing.

- Administrative and legal management: contracting of stakeholders, insurance, etc.

- Artistic and technical production: research and competitive bidding for service providers, analysis of offers and negotiations, manufacturing and implementation monitoring, quality control.

- Logistics management: organization and management of transport, storage, and any other logistics necessary for the projects.

- Signage and publication production: room texts, labels, exhibition booklets, posters, catalogs, etc.

- Preparation and management of operational phases: setup, operation, dismantling.
