Recruitment consultant, I support companies and firms in identifying and selecting profiles adapted to their challenges, particularly for communication, marketing, support, and cross-functional roles.

With a background in communication and marketing, I moved into recruitment with the conviction that successful recruitment is primarily based on a good understanding of the professions, the managers' expectations, and the candidates' journeys. I have had the opportunity to be involved in the entire recruitment process: defining needs, sourcing, pre-selection, conducting interviews, and supporting decision-making.

I particularly enjoy the research and evaluation of profiles, as well as the candidate relationship, which I aim to build on transparency, listening, and trust. My approach is structured, human-centered, and quality-oriented, with particular attention paid to the fit between the role, the environment, and the candidate.

Curious and involved, I am interested in evolving professions, career paths, and the human aspects of recruitment.
