Manon is rigorous, precise, organized and meticulous.
What is pleasant in working with Manon is to know that when we entrust her with a mission, it will be done well and on time.
In addition, thanks to her organization and soft skills, Manon is a very good communicator: she has implemented agile processes that have considerably facilitated teamwork, even remotely (we worked 1 month in the office and 1 month in full remote. The fact of being in remote has hardly changed anything).
Finally, she has a strong sense of detail and aesthetics particularly appreciable.
