I quickly take over the facilitation and management of a team thanks to my great adaptability, my ease of communication, and my strong experience as a manager for over 20 years with small and large teams.

I organize and implement the company's commercial and phygital strategy. I define the objectives for my area, monitor and analyze commercial indicators. I optimize my resources, human, economic, and financial. I regularly lead team meetings and seminars. My sector's results have improved for 12 consecutive years. I was in the top 3 sectors for 4 consecutive years. My commercial management chose me to build and outline the managerial transformation of the network. I trained many Regional Directors and acted as an HR liaison between the network and headquarters. I opened 14 stores, so I recruited, trained, and evaluated many people in 13 years! I actively participated in the launch of the company's website, the development of digital tools (tablets then smartphones in stores, click & collect then Ship from store in stores), and the company's visibility through argumentation with the digital mindset developed with the teams.
