 Monitoring via KPIs (Sell-in Fill rate, Excess and Out-of-Stock) and management of corrective actions

 Short and medium-term supply planning – Compeed range – and creation of purchase orders for contract manufacturers (CMOs) via ERP

 Coordination of product launches and packaging changes with marketing, packaging, purchasing, and CMO teams

 Weekly reviews with CMOs: production monitoring, risks, On-Time In-Full (OTIF)

 Reconciliation of CMO/3PL stocks

 Creation of stock projection reports for the closure of two warehouses

 ERP Migration (JD Edwards → SAP & IBP): UAT testing, configurations, creation of transition tools

 Quality audits and SOX process compliance

Mission: Support the reorganization of the Perfume division for the European distribution scope, while ensuring business continuity.

 Monitoring of supplies from the Central warehouse in Switzerland for sales products and POS materials (DRP and manual orders),

 Stock management: expiry, market arbitration, staff sales, inventory, discrepancy management; stock-out alerts

 Monitoring of progressive stock transfers to the new warehouse

 Coordination of buy-back operations related to changes in distribution partnerships and management of receipts and repackaging with the 3PL
