Responsible for operational categories for the DSC subsidiary across 500 agencies in France:

Air Conditioning/Heating Maintenance,

Intrusion/Security,

Mail/Franking Machines,

Expense analysis, Supplier selection, from contractual relationship to service deployment.

Deployment of existing framework agreements,

Contract management: registration in the dedicated tool, signature tracking, contract expiry monitoring, terminations...

Monitors needs and relationships with internal clients,

Analysis of supplier performance for each category.

Purchasing

- Entry of orders and amendments in the ERP

- Order receipt in the ERP

- Accounts payable to be entered in an EXCEL file sent by accounting (progress rate)

PPU (Single Payment): entry of payment requests for suppliers not registered in the ERP, on a dedicated PPU portal

- Occasional order analysis (at the request of the DGA Dir COM

Management

- Management of a budget of 7 million euros for various departments

- Monthly budget reporting

- Purchasing Management

Vehicles and related services (maintenance and repair, insurance, fuel, tracking software, etc.) ~ 5 million euros allocated

- Driver/delivery staff PPE (phone, uniform, shoes);

- Small IT equipment (Laptop, Screens...etc.); General services (Purchases for the installation of a new warehouse); Other products, services, benefits.

- Responsible for cost control, quality of services, and performance of selected service providers and suppliers. Purchasing process management

- Draw up specifications / an order form listing all product and service needs

- Organize tenders to select service providers and suppliers likely to meet the defined specifications / order

- Negotiate with suppliers and define contract terms (prices, delivery times...)

Supplier Management

Implement procurement plans or SLAs with suppliers. Monitor and ensure supplier compliance with deadlines.

- Receive and check delivered equipment

- Handle exchanges and daily supplier follow-up

Supplier performance and key indicator monitoring

Report on vehicle procurement status

Track vehicle accident expenses by supplier (insurance companies, garages, etc.). Analyze supplier performance by updating and maintaining indicators (delivery times, annual turnover and growth per supplier, etc.)

Analysis and optimization of purchasing processes

- Optimize purchasing and procurement processes (e-procurement.)

- Regularly monitor new tools and service providers
