Across Veeva Vault, I have configured and supported PromoMats, MedComms, QMS (Deviations, CAPA, Change Control), Quality Docs, Validation Management, Clinical Operations, Vault Mobile, and RIM/Submissions. I manage roles, security policies, lifecycles, workflows, and object configurations while maintaining rigorous documentation, audit readiness, and CSV‑aligned change control.

On the commercial side, I bring deep experience in Veeva CRM and Veeva Align, supporting field force effectiveness, territory governance, and operational readiness. I lead functional assessments, territory design, roster management, rules‑based assignment logic, and Align‑to‑CRM synchronization. I translate commercial strategies into scalable configurations, challenge inefficiencies, and ensure downstream reporting and BI dependencies remain intact.

I also specialize in territory management, MCCP operations, and commercial data governance, helping markets move from fragmented local practices to structured global processes. Lead end‑to‑end Business Process Analysis (Phase 0) to clarify requirements for new Veeva implementations across Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, Vault Quality, Vault Clinical, and PromoMats. Drive solution-design discussions, challenge inefficiencies, and guide customers through complex configuration decisions using best-practice frameworks. Act as the primary interface to Veeva configuration consultants, ensuring business needs are fully translated into scalable, compliant system designs.

Support Quality & Clinical teams in Generative AI exploration for process optimization and automation opportunities. Successfully delivered CRM‑to‑Vault document migration and managed Trial Master File (TMF) activities including access, training, and compliance checks.

Hands-on experience across Veeva CRM modules including Approved Email, Consent Capture, Events Management, Engage, MyInsights & MyInsights Studio, and Veeva Align (Territory Management, Roster Management, Align-to-CRM sync, and data governance workflows). Create end-user training materials (WIs, Job Aids, Help Sheets) and conduct system walk-throughs to ensure smooth adoption. Lead knowledge transfer to Managed Operations and Support teams and provide Hypercare oversight.

Collaborate with CRM Business Owners, Quality, Clinical, and PromoMats stakeholders to identify needs and align system capabilities. Prepare and moderate cross-functional workshops, contribute to Steering Committees, and support vendor evaluations, system recommendations, and governance documentation for validated systems.

Work extensively with Vault REST APIs, SDK components, and Vault Loader.

Oversee 3 annual Veeva releases and 4 Opella releases, including environment readiness, impact assessments, and IQ/OQ/PQ testing. Experienced in Veeva User Provisioning Services in collaboration with UAM and Active Directory teams.

Driving platform strategy and roadmap execution in alignment with business objectives and emerging technologies. Partnering closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to identify strategic issues, optimize platform governance, and ensure effective vendor management, including contract oversight and relationship optimization. Leading evaluation, rollout, and adoption of new features, enhancements, and upgrades across enterprise platforms supporting R&D, Quality, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial functions. Strong focus on stakeholder management, project planning, organizational change, and delivery of compliant documentation. Experienced in GxP system validation, agile delivery, and implementation of Quality and ️Clinical ️R&D ️systems, ️PromoMats, ️and ️medical ️device‑related ️ solutions.
