I support companies in M&A-driven IT transformations – from operational implementation (Carve-Out, Post-Merger Integration, TSA Management, KRITIS) to building controllable IT organizations.

As a project and program manager, I manage international projects with complex stakeholder landscapes – including governance, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination (e.g., IT, HR, Finance). SAP-related integration projects were also among my responsibilities.

After operational integration, I help organizations make their IT structurally controllable – by building transparent financial and cost models based on Technology Business Management (TBM). I design service-based IT cost models, implement Apptio for KPI reporting automation, and establish showback/chargeback mechanisms for true business-IT alignment.

In cloud/hybrid environments, I also apply FinOps principles for cloud cost control – e.g., for TCO calculation, forecast optimization, and role-based allocation of Azure/AWS/M365 costs. My experience with Apptio Billing and PFP complements this approach methodologically and technologically.
