I'm Pol, a Power BI consultant who helps Sales and Marketing Directors build dashboards that don't just report, but guide. Dashboards that tell you: "Salesperson X is having trouble with demos, train them THIS WEEK" or "Campaign Y has a 3x better ROAS, reallocate budget NOW."
BECAUSE I UNDERSTAND:
I didn't start as a technician. I started by leading sales teams at Cabify and Housell. I was drowning under the pressure of meeting goals without any visibility into what my team was actually doing. Nobody built the dashboards the way I needed them, so I learned Power BI myself, out of necessity, not theory.
That gave me something most Power BI consultants don't have: I've been on the other side. I know what a Sales Director needs because I was one. I know what drives Marketing Managers crazy because I've worked closely with them.

→ I start with decisions, not data. What do you need to know every day to meet your goals? What actions will you take based on what you see?
→ I question your current setup. If I see a better way, I'll tell you. I'm not here to build what you asked for, I'm here to build what you need.
→ Fixed price, clear process. You know exactly what you'll pay, what you'll get, and when.
→ Dashboards that get used. I don't build pretty reports that nobody opens.
