Founded by Nicolás Luca de Tena within the framework of Next Chance Group, the platform operates as international-scale digital reputation infrastructure, with a database of 400 million indexed businesses dynamically classified in real-time.

The starting point for Billionhands is a structural realization: existing digital reputation systems are designed to favor those who invest the most, not those who serve the best. Major directories and search engines order their results based on advertising investment, reviews are manipulable, and algorithms are opaque. To ensure the integrity of this system, Billionhands has developed BILL, its own data governance and certification technology, externally audited by one of the Big Four and certified by AENOR under the UNE 0080 standard. BILL does not vote or decide: it organizes, detects trends, and classifies information, providing traceability to every interaction recorded on the platform and guaranteeing the absence of manipulation in the generated rankings. It is the first system of its kind to receive official certification in Spain.
