Bonda is a feed company that produces animal feed from various residual streams (e.g., residual products from breweries and FrieslandCampina). These residual streams are mixed into specific compound feed products, but their cost prices are unknown, leading to management decisions being made with incomplete information. In collaboration with the supplier of Bonda's ERP system, I unlocked these cost prices. Additionally, I built a reporting environment in PowerBI for the various departments (Purchasing, Sales, Operations) as there was no proper BI within Bonda yet. Both projects directly contributed to improving the operational management of Bonda.
