Only when the task & the goal are really clear for the client and me, will it be better to calculate the costs of a project at the start and during its course. This avoids misunderstandings and disappointed expectations. On both sides. Because clarity brings focus and a clear action plan to the matter. In plain English: together we will determine a strategically (pre)conceived solution for agreed, feasible goals.
