CRM Evolutionary Maintenance: I took charge of the evolutionary maintenance of the existing CRM, based on Symfony. My role was to ensure the stability, performance, and adaptability of the system to meet the constantly evolving needs of our clients.

Creation of a Management Tool for Loan Insurance Cancellation: I led the complete creation of a new management tool dedicated to loan insurance cancellation. This project was developed from scratch with Laravel 9, and integrated modern technologies such as Vue.js 3, ReactJS, and Node.js. The objective was to simplify and automate the cancellation process, while ensuring a fluid and secure user experience.

My role was not limited to technical implementation but also included active participation in strategic decisions and aligning technical solutions with the company's business objectives.
