• • Developed demand reduction levers for a large EU-based international chemical and bioscience company, resulting in

up to 30% demand reduction for several facility services sub-categories and 5% annual savings within the travel

• • Developed a RTM (Route-to-market) Strategy and conducted a supply chain optimization study in a pilot regions for the

largest dairy products producer in EU, resulting in up to 20% cost savings in selected pilots

• • Developed a strategy refresh for Saudi Arabia national logistics champion (incl. baseline and market review, financial

projection preparation, KPI and initiatives design) to support the client's ambition of becoming a 1 Bn $ company by 2031

• • Developed investment promotion materials for the cities of Kaliningrad, Saint Petersburg, Vologda, and the Republic of Karelia, later published on the official AHK platform and presented to German investors to attract regional FDI
