The Format sp. z o.o. is well known on Polish market as high performance computing, server, GPU solutions, storage and networking provider. The tasks requiring my expertise are wide ranged from basic solution selection fiting client needs and budget up to advanced architecture designs for datacenter installations along with quotations valid despite market fluctuation (availability constraints, exchange rate dynamics), technical expertise during legal disputes, day-to-day negotiations with globally acknowledged vendors (e.g. Intel, AMD, NVidia) and overseeing delivery and installation of clusters. Very well known project where I was the supervisor was AGH Cyfronet's cluster "Athena" which has been listed on Top500 June 2022 list at 105 th place and astonishing 10th place on Green500 list. On the other hand most recent one showing my skills was Polish Space Agency (mid-2025) where we won against NetApp (that was spec'd in) with custom built storage appliance that I have designed and configured.

The company main goal was to establish cryptocurrency mining business with minimum budget risk. Started with supplying mining hardware to clients in Poland we managed to open facility capable of accommodating 200kW of hardware within 250 square meters of space. At peak we had run our own 120kH/s XMR miners but due to market crash in 2018, by democratic decision, the company has been set to close.

Additionally to maintained reporting part from Analyst job I was responsible for sales result on server and workstation product groups that required me to develop and maintain market and client base, actively support projects that actually made me semi project manager that required insight on planning stage, actively support projects on

execution stage from vendor point of view and mitigate any issues that may occur afterwards, lead clients to shared goal by proposing best fited solutions to their needs
