🚀 WHAT I DELIVER

I support founders, decision-makers, and CPOs of SaaS/Cloud scale-ups on three main topics:

→ Product Strategy & Roadmap: Clarify value proposition, prioritize what matters.

→ B2B Go-to-Market: Transition from PLG to sales-led, equip sales teams, manage long sales cycles.

→ Cloud & Migration Advisory: Make-or-buy decisions on infrastructure, positioning with hybrid architectures.

🧭 HOW

→ Fixed fee, deliverable-based. We define together an objective, a deliverable, and a deadline.

→ Short and dense formats. Product/GTM Audit (2-3 weeks), Strategic Sprint (4-6 weeks), Recurring Advisory (1-2 days per month for 3-6 months).

→ Primarily remote. I work in French or English.

- Engineering Degree (IMT Atlantique) and Business Degree (IMT Business School)

- Experience in Startups, Scale-ups, and Large Corporations in various sectors (Telecom, Energy, B2B SaaS, Health) with Cloud providers Azure (at TotalEnergies) and AWS (Lifen)

- Ability to embed Product Methods into complex organizations. IT Production experience within an ITIL framework.

- Active listening and tailored support to provide greater visibility to stakeholders.
