Pierrick Chauvet

I am a sound creator and sound engineer, and I enjoy blending these two aspects in my work.

In my artistic approach, sound allows me to tell stories and captivate the audience. The viewer's immersion is at the heart of my work, which pushes me to constantly seek authenticity and accuracy in my creations.

I am passionate about live performance, podcasts, audio fiction, and radio creation in general. For me, the common thread between these fields is that sound plays a primordial role: it speaks directly to our emotions and serves as a gateway to fiction.

I am proficient in various audio processing software such as Reaper and Ableton Live, different studio or outdoor recording techniques and equipment, mixing and mastering, sound synthesis in all its forms, and sound diffusion systems.

I am organized and punctual, and I always communicate as much as possible with other creative stakeholders to ensure the coherence of the sound design with the overall work.
