Management of Data activities

ROLE:

◼ Implementation of IT services activities (Congo Brazzaville)

◼ Elaboration and management of the IT budget (CAPEX & OPEX) and monitoring of its execution (budget of approximately 500 million FCFA);

◼ Evaluation of IT resources needs (hardware and software): within the framework of IT plans or ad hoc requests;

◼ Supplier management;

◼ Training and identification of business leads

◼ Implementation and management of Data repositories

◼ Recruitment and management of teams (20 people) and projects

TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT: ◼ BONITA, POWER BI, SAP BO WEBI, ORACLE, TALEND, WINDOWS.

CONTEXT:

Management of BI activities around the SNE Infocenter

ROLE:

◼ Data reliability for the study database (processing of duplicates, outliers, etc.)

◼ Production of data on demand from the ministry in charge of housing, local state representatives, and social housing providers.

◼ Support to the ministry in charge of housing on the evolution of the SNE's decision-making infrastructure.

◼ Elaboration and annual update of a report on the demand for social housing.

◼ Creation and animation of a steering committee for users of the study database.

◼ Elaboration and maintenance of a query library on the SNE's decision-making tool (SAP BO WEBI) made available to social housing stakeholders.

◼ Training of Infocenter Users on the SAP BO WEBI 4.2 tool.

◼ Contribution to the writing of the infocenter's technical documentation.

◼ Participation in the migration from SAP BO WEBI 4.2 to SAP BO WEBI 4.3.

◼ Technological watch around decision-making tools.

◼ Participation in the writing of technical documents for public procurement of GIP SNE or the ministry in charge of housing.

◼ Organization and animation of workshops for the SNE user club and GIP SNE services concerning the IT needs and technical evolutions of SNE for service desks (providers, local authorities, software publishers) - collection and analysis of needs - monitoring and recommendations for future evolutions of SNE.

Management of the pole and development of BI activities

ROLE:

◼ Implementation of the Hub One group's BI roadmap and workload plan.

◼ Project portfolio and team management, MOA/MOE coordination.

◼ Animation of the BI & Audit developer team (Power BI & Qlik Sense Reports/Dashboards).

◼ Implementation of Reports/Dashboards for Management Control, Logistics & Purchasing, After-Sales Service & Customer Service, Business Lines (AERO, DATA, OPERATORS, VOICE, WIRELESS).

◼ Analysis of BI needs expressed by business departments, and proposal and realization of solutions meeting these needs.

◼ Writing of specifications for evolutions and reports.

◼ Steering of the realization of evolutions and reports using agile methodology.

◼ Acceptance testing for evolutions and reports.

◼ User support on tools and reports.

◼ Management of subcontractors: monitoring and coordination, schedule, budget, and contract management.

◼ Creation and animation of the Hub One Power BI Club – Internal.
