I design and develop business applications: from scoping to deployment and operational monitoring.

Bilingual business/tech — eleven years in business, six years in software engineering. Coordination of agri-food sectors, then management of a cooperative: teams, budgets, decisions to be made. I don't discover operational constraints upon arrival.

Product First — understanding users' real needs is the source of truth. Software is just a tool, not an objective. This is what led me to DDD.

Pragmatic Architect — I favor design choices that preserve granularity and testability, with hexagonal architecture at the forefront. Long-term modularity or rapid iteration: well-decomposed, it's not a trade-off.

AI Pilot — AI is a tremendous accelerator. I delegate repetitive tasks and boilerplate code, and remain the strategic pilot: quality, integrity, and consistency of the whole.

Where the need is — alone on a complete scope, or in a team (project management, tech lead, or engineering manager). Executives, business experts, technical experts: I know what's at stake on each side.

My success criteria: quality, sustainability, scalable performance.
