So much time wasted responding to the constraints of a poorly designed or poorly adapted IT system...
My goal is that my clients no longer waste time and energy on technical questions or subordinate tasks. Thus, they save time and can concentrate on their core business and provide a better service to their own clients or users.
My superpower is more than 25 years of varied experience in different IT professions. This allows me today to provide effective and sustainable solutions to my clients.
