Part-time CFO for executives who want to structure without hiring full-time.

I am a CFO currently working in a group of 4 entities (B2B fashion & design trade shows, subsidiary of a large listed event group). In parallel, since 2019, I have been supporting a tech scale-up based in Hong Kong (60 employees, $2.2 million in revenue) as a part-time CFO — I built the finance function from scratch there.

This dual role brings two advantages for my clients: the rigor of a group CFO (consolidation, Big Four audit, M&A) and the agility of a start-up CFO (zero to one, fundraising, 5-year business plan).

What I do concretely for my clients:

• Outsourced financial management — Financial, accounting, and treasury management for SMEs and start-ups that are not large enough for a full-time CFO but have outgrown their accounting firm.

• M&A and strategic operations — Valuations, due diligence, LOI, shareholder agreement negotiation, post-acquisition integration. I managed several M&A transactions on the buyer's side in the last 18 months.

• Business plans and fundraising — Financial modeling, scenario planning, investor support. My business plan helped structure the fundraising for a tech scale-up.

• Group reporting and consolidation — Implementation of monthly reporting, operational KPIs, management dashboards, closing processes.

• Structuring and transformation — ERP implementation (SAP, Odoo), automation, redesign of accounting and billing processes.

My approach: I am operational, not theoretical. I build the tools myself when necessary (advanced Excel, modeling, automation). I communicate as effectively with operational staff as with auditors, bankers, lawyers, and shareholders.

Technical stack: Expert Excel (complex modeling, VBA), SAP, Odoo, Power BI, cash flow and consolidation tools.
