    Within Renault Academy, an international Commerce and Technical training center, in the Tools Department, I supported this client in the deployment of its LMS in approximately 30 countries.
    The LMS (Saba Cloud) replaced an old version, requiring data migration and handover of the tool to users (administration, creation of training paths, implementation of business rules). The LMS is the central training tool at Renault, connected to numerous applications (e-learning production, quiz production, video production, reporting tool) and has strong regulatory constraints (training agreement, GDPR compliance).
    The CMS no longer met user needs and its technology was becoming obsolete, so a number of version upgrades were necessary. Additionally, the link between the CMS and other project tools (mock-up editing tools, video streaming tools, e-learning module creation tools, reporting tools) had to be automated.
