The Wholesale entity comprises offers and services for Professional clients (B2B, Reseller, B2B2C...).

My role is to support Countries in implementing 3 distinct solutions:

- A platform allowing clients to request quotes and benefit from negotiated prices

- The B2B loyalty program

- A product customization platform for clubs

• Project Management (Scoping, Launch, Coordination of teams and stakeholders, Reporting, Deadlines, Risk Management)

• Organization of project meetings (kick-off, follow-up, steering committee, sprint review)

• Guarantee of the deployment roadmap and feature delivery

• Support for Business in identifying needs

• Synchronization with product users for its deployment

• Prioritization of User requests: Discovery and Backlog update

• Management of Business dependencies (P&L, change, communication, CRM, back-office administration...)

• Management of Product dependencies and their consumption:

o Payment methods (Gift card configuration, PostLog validation, ADYEN, Klarna)

o E-commerce (Product catalog, login, Shopify)

o Flows and interfaces (transactions, dashboard, configurator, SAP, supply chain, logistics)

• Validation of technical specifications:

o Data Quality Control

o User Acceptance Testing

• Support for IT teams for production deployment

Within Renault Academy, an international Commerce and Technical training center, in the Tools Department, I supported this client in the deployment of its LMS in approximately 30 countries.

The LMS (Saba Cloud) replaced an old version, requiring data migration and handover of the tool to users (administration, creation of training paths, implementation of business rules). The LMS is the central training tool at Renault, connected to numerous applications (e-learning production, quiz production, video production, reporting tool) and has strong regulatory constraints (training agreement, GDPR compliance).

The CMS no longer met user needs and its technology was becoming obsolete, so a number of version upgrades were necessary. Additionally, the link between the CMS and other project tools (mock-up editing tools, video streaming tools, e-learning module creation tools, reporting tools) had to be automated.
